Kabbalah is an ancient wisdom that teaches us how all aspects of our lives are connected. It is only after we realize this truth that we can truly feel happiness. Kabbalah teaches us how to achieve real fulfillment in our lives by accepting the ups and downs of life; after we stop longing for happiness, it will come.
Kabbalah teaches five core principles: sharing, awareness and balance of the ego, existence of spiritual laws, we are all one, and leaving our comfort zone can create miracles. When you study Kabbalah, you learn that stepping outside your comfort zone and treating all humans with dignity are the keys to fulfillment.
There are many ways to study Kabbalah. To get started, consider participating in a Kabbalah Centre course. They come in many formats including online, in person, and audio lectures.
